MoCCA Round-up

Quantum Feline and Night Shift Comics made it through our first convention and I want to thank everyone who came to the table to check out our work. It was a lot of fun and we're both looking forward to other conventions in the future.

For everyone who picked up a card or print and is visiting the site for the first time, please check out the following links:

Tumblr - Although there's a sketchblog on this site, I mirror all of those posts over at my tumblr as well.

Society6 Store - I have a few prints up for sale here, and I'll be adding more soon.

Commission Pricing - Now that the convention is over I'm open for commissions! Shoot me an e-mail at quantum dot feline at gmail dot com with any requests.

Quantum Feline at MoCCA Fest!

The Museum of Comic and Cartoon Art hosts a yearly convention in NYC for independent artists to sell their wares. For the last couple years I've gone as a visitor, but this is the first year I'll be there as an exhibitor! I'll be sharing my table with my girlfriend and her site Night Shift Comics. If you're in NYC I'd love to meet you!

The convention runs from Saturday April 28th to Sunday April 29th. The entrance fee is $12/day or $18/weekend if you pre-order online. I'll be selling a variety of prints, buttons, stickers, and more!

The Ink Asylum is now Quantum Feline!

After much internal debate, I've decided to change the name of my web site. I've used the Ink Asylum name for over a decade, and while I've become attached to it, in the end I felt it didn't really fit with the way my art and interests have developed.

Quantum Feline was one of a number of names I considered. I felt it was unique, had the right amount of geekiness, and sounded fun.

The Quantum Feline mascot character will also give me something to use on business cards and other promotional materials.

While InkAsylum.com will still direct to this site, you can now go straight to QuantumFeline.com for all your geek art needs!

Monster Fight!

It's done! I started this over a year ago as a sequel to my Pirates vs. Ninjas drawing, and I finally finished it! Getting my Cintiq certainly helped speed up the process, but I'm still hoping to streamline things for the next time I do one of these.

So here it is. A gripping last stand between as dozens of fictional monster hunters take on the a legion of supernatural and undead threats! There are plenty more characters I wanted to include, but many had to be left out because it would be difficult to recognize them. Choosing who to leave in and who to leave out is always tough. Mass Effect Playing Card

A piece of Mass Effect fanart I put together, representing the dual morality system we all know and love.
